For this roof replacement, we started by thoroughly inspecting and assessing the existing roof to determine its condition and that of its dependent parts. Then, we prepared the site by removing old shingles and damaged decking and replacing all necessary sections. Then we installed underlayment and flashing as standard protection against moisture to ensure proper sealing. The new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles were carefully installed, starting from the eaves and working up to the ridge, using a combination of nails and adhesive for secure attachment. Ridge cap shingles were added to enhance wind and water resistance and a finished look. A final inspection was conducted to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and cleanliness.
